The Beauty Box: Scandaleyes Waterproof Liner

Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproofl Kohl in Nude, £3.99
Sometimes a swipe of nude liner across the inner waterline can hide a multitude of sins. Often when we are tired the inner rims of our eyes go red. Making this area a more fleshier colour, you detract the redness and instantly make your eye look wider and more awake.

At only £3.99, it is a great bargain. When swatched on the hand it looks quite orangey. However, when put on the waterline of the eye, you can hardly tell it is there. As it settles in the waterline, it blends in naturally, so much so that your eye just looks naturally less red. I think one of the main issues that people (such as myself have) had is that a lot of nude pencils either have a weird colour tone that stands out, or it waters away after a few minutes.

This pencil doesn't have this problem and I'm so tempted to head out and get some more in other colours! It gives a good, natural colour and doesn't budge until you come to remove it at the end of the day.
Have you tried any of the Rimmel Scandaleyes pencils?

Please don't forget I also have a giveaway to win a free photoshoot and ten image digital folio, you can enter here

  1. This is a holy grail product for me! I would recommend the taupe and brown if you're going to buy more :)

  2. This looks really nice, I have a white eyeliner that I find to be quite brightening but this looks like it would be a lot more natural x

  3. I agree, it can look a little orange on the hand but on the waterline it is a much lighter colour :)

  4. This is one of those products that I have stashed away but I've never really bothered to use much. You've just reminded me to dig it out, so thanks!

The black and bronze are my favourites, both super long lasting :)
