Life moves on. Recently my parents suggested I gave up my big room at home and gave it to my littlest brother (5) as his amount of toys and books were crammed into a tiny room as my large room remained empty 95% of the time. So I did. Mum transformed my old room into an underwater world, and I set to work deciding what to do with the smaller, blue room.
I've had my eye on grey, lemon and white and thought that it would make the room appear larger and brighter. When we've finished decorating after Christmas I'll show you before and after pictures!
Here's my inspiration pictures (for image sources, see individual links here):

Neither can I :D xx
DeleteGoing for lighter colours will definitely make the room seem bigger :) And some clever storage! I often wish I could just redecorate my rooms! xo
ReplyDeleteLuckily I won't need too much storage as most of my stuff is in the flat :D xx
DeleteI love the colours in the last image! I think pastel shades would look great in a small room!

Thank you! I know, I can't wait to get it on the walls! x
DeleteOoh I'm loving your inspiration pics! I recently decorated my room and went for all white and black, it was dark blue before (including the ceiling) so feels a lot bigger now. I look forward to seeing how it all looks when decorated! :D
